1. What will the address be?

2. What is the ceiling height?
In regular units and in the penthouses, approximately 9 feet.

3. What is the thickness of the demising walls?
Approximately 7 7/8" The thickness varies. Most walls consist of 1 layer of drywall on one side plus 2 on the other side. 1522 N. Prospect is the standard we are using however we have upgraded many demising walls to include 2 layers of drywall on both sides.

4. What is the thickness of the interior walls?
4 7/8".

5. Are the doors solid or hollow?
Solid.

6. When is occupancy?
Buyers have begun moving in since September 2007.

7. What is the cost of parking?
One parking space included, except for L units. Gold units may purchase an additional space for $25,000.00.

8. What is the cost of parking across the street in the Historic Third Ward parking Structure?
24 hour access to structure $125./mo for secured reserved $140/monthly.
These prices are effective March 1 and will change preiodically.

9. What are the taxes likely to be?
$22.40 per $1000.00 of assessed value.

10. What are the storage sizes, locations and prices?
Varies from approximately 35 sq ft to 45 sq ft. There are 3-5 per floor and cost $10,000.00 each.

11. What other projects has the developer done?
The architect has been involved in over 500 residential units. The most recent is the retrofit of the Historic Teweles Seed building and in responsible charge of over _ billion of commercial construction.

12. What floor is the common area and what is it going to look like?
The lobby and management area, the second floor contemplative deck and the roof top viewing area.

13. What is the ceiling going to look like?
Exposed and ready for custom structured cabling for custom Flanners AV equipment then buyer has the option to keep it exposed with exposed spiral ducts, or painted ceiling, or dry walled ceiling with hidden or exposed ducts. It is the "loft" look.

14. How many boat slips will there be and at what cost? How will they be distributed?
6-8 unreserved slips are be available for use.

15. What is the size of the parking spaces?
Varied, most are oversized.

16. Will the lobby be secured?
Yes.

17. Will there be a concierge service for deliveries?
No. The management company will figure out a way to handle packages.

18. What does the 1-year warranty include?
Buyer will be given a copy of the warranty at closing. The mold issue is covered in the Offer to Purchase.

Ogden management.

20. How many commercial spaces are there?
Unknown probably 4-5 depending of the size of the tenant spaces leased.

21. What is the distance from the building to the river walk?
There is a public Riverwalk on 3 sides of the building.

22. What is the height of the building?
It is 7 stories plus a penthouse level.

23. What is the distance from to street level to the first level of residential living?
Approximately 12 feet, but varies with grade. Approximately 14 feet at Riverwalk.

24. What is the thickness of the concrete floor?
8".

25. Which of the parking spaces can accommodate a lift for a 2nd car?
First sublevel on the north side of the parking area.

26. What is the cost of installing the car lift?
