River Renaissance (RR) is the Historic Third Ward’s premier new luxury condominium address. Located at the corner of Water and Erie Street, the seven story building is designed to fit contextually with the existing loft style buildings in the Third Ward. Its primary entrance is punctuated by a decorative marble column at the corner of Water & Erie Street. RR's marble column serves as metaphor for the project, an exclamation point for the last best parcel remaining in the Historic Third Ward on the Milwaukee River.
